You should expect to relocate and start the job in 3+ months (3-6 months are just a good expectation considering just how long all the process takes: from your CV sent here, testing, interview, though Slovakian residence&work permit issuing, relocation to Kosice, up to the very first day of work) What we offer: Just and multinational environment : all the conditions (live, work, benefits and career opportunities etc.) are completely the same for all the regular permanent staff (either local people or from outside of Slovakia). Candidate's country of origin does not influence the job even by the slightest. There is no either strangely arbitrary benefit or drawback of being a foreigner while working by AT&T; Permanent contract, official full-time job in the European Union; Official salary: base rate of 1050 - 1280 EURO brutto (exact rate is defined individually in your job offer, within the mentioned range, basing on your experience, English level and technical knowledge); You will earn significantly more because of uplifts: +25% for evening hours (7 pm - 10 pm), +38% for night hours (10 pm - 6 am), +50% for work on Saturdays, +100% for work on Sundays and national holidays. Uplifts are additive (i.e. Sunday night is paid +138% more in comparison with you base rate); Relocation bonus of 800 EURO. Candidates go through the visa and relocation process on their own cost and get fixed amount of relocation bonus as a compensation. Relocation bonus to be paid with the first salary payment to employees who relocate from outside Slovakia; Annual bonus; Fully paid initial 1 month long training session; 40 working hours per week (5 same shifts per week, 8 work hours each); 8-hours work shifts , between 11 am and 8 am (with focus exactly on evenings and nights) . The first shift starts at 11 am, and the last one starts at 23.30 pm; 4-5 weeks of vacations per year; Meal allowance - 2,8 EURO/day of your meal cost is covered by employer; Visa process support and advice on relocation; Medical Insurance and Group Risk Life insurance are provided by employer Center Teambuilding Events; AT&T also has a list of suppliers with Special Prices and Discounts for AT&T Employees in Kosice (wellness, fitness, shopping, services, etc.). What you have to do: Respond to customer phone calls as the 'first line' of support for AT&T (mostly US and Canada customers); Handle a range of issues related to AT&T products & services: U-VERSE (ADSL internet, IP television, VoIP) and DirectTV (satellite TV); Ensure a positive experience by providing the right customer solution; Advise on service coverage, equipment installation, billing, etc; No Sales. What we expect from you: Fluent oral English (B2+) is critical; Experience in a technical or support center is a plus but is not essential; User level familiarity with modern digital technologies (internet, digital TV, mobile phones etc.), lack of fear while facing them, willingness to learn them deeper; Readiness to work in the evening and at night.
