About Project
Stand-alone and embeddable reporting server, which provides reporting and analytics that can be embedded into a web or mobile application as well as operate as a central information hub for the enterprise by delivering mission critical information on a real-time or scheduled basis to the browser, mobile device, printer, or email inbox in a variety of file formats. JasperReports Server is optimized to share, secure, and centrally manage your Jaspersoft reports and analytic views.

Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Java core
- Knowledge of OOP, application design and architecture
- Experience building J2EE grade enterprise applications
- Experience with «de facto standard» frameworks including Spring, Hibernate
- Experience with using RDBMS in the context of enterprise applications
- Experience with using application servers
- Experience with Ant, Maven, CVS
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate English

Desirable:
- Experience in front-end, javascript technologies
- Experience with enterprise reporting, analytics/OLAP, or business intelligence
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related
- Experience in open source development

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Management to collect production requirements and create solutions
- Estimates projects' levels of effort
- Maintain development progress schedule and status documents; deliver projects on time
- Make recommendations that address known or possible issues
- Work closely with the Development team on changes required by all projects
- Provide assistance to QA and Tech Pubs to ensure product is properly QA’d and documented
- Contribute to Jaspersoft’s Open Source community
